30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date you receive your coin to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the coin must be in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging and any grading certificates. Coins that have been damaged, altered, or improperly handled are not eligible for return. To start a return, please contact us at info@roman-coins.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your coin back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your coin is damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@roman-coins.com. We will cover all return shipping costs and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a coin, return the original coin first. Once the return is approved, you may purchase the replacement coin. Exchanges are subject to coin availability, so please check availability before returning your item.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
• Return shipping costs for non-defective coins are the responsibility of the customer.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel within 14 days for most online purchases.
